The Fernie Half Marathon/3-Runner Relay has become a classic in southeastern BC with its all-trail course that winds along the Elk River and follows a community trail system that is both challenging and beautiful. With its seamless organization, professional chip timing and easy registration the Fernie Half Marathon is a great choice to end your running season.
The proceeds from this run supports local children’s programming in the community including Friends of the Fernie Heritage Library.
2012 Preparation Begins

A special Thanks to all the students, parents and teachers from The Fernie Academy who provided the bulk of our manpower on race day.
